Dr. Maritza Novas

Dr. Maritza Novas is a distinguished leader in medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine with over 20 years of experience. Since 2001, she has specialized in facial aesthetics, hormone replacement and nutritional therapies, and pioneered cellular therapy applications for chronic degenerative conditions. A member of the American Academy of Anti‑Aging Medicine since 2004, Dr. Novas has trained physicians globally in harvesting and isolating adipose‑derived stem cells for autologous re‑implantation, always emphasizing protocol excellence and outcome‑oriented problem solving. As the lead of regenerative care at the NeuroSpinal Institute of Broward, she oversees advanced restorative medicine programsincluding platelet‑rich plasma and stem‑cell therapies—designed to reduce pain, promote natural healing, and help patients avoid surgery . Dr. Novas holds leadership roles at the Gene‑Therapy Biomedical Research College (Florida) and Far Eastern University (Philippines). Dr. Kyle Petersen DO

Dr. Kyle Petersen is a family medicine doctor in Weston, Florida and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including
Broward Health Medical Center
and
Baptist Health South Miami Hospital. He received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University - College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice between 11-20 years. Dr. Kyle Petersen has expertise in treating heart failure, bipolar disorder, chronic high blood pressure, among other conditions.

Dr. Rosemary Daly DO

Dr. Rosemary Daly is an interventional spine/pain medical physician and is Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. She completed her Anesthesiology residency at the Montifiore Medical Center in New York City, having received her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Westbury, New York.

Dr. Daly employs a comprehensive approach to pain management with the goal of reducing chronic and debilitating pain over the long-term. In her practice, she is noted for her use of PRP & prolotherapy, which is a technique that reduces back pain while strengthening the ligaments and tendons.
